Healthy Eating Done Right is a powerful, 4 week online program that combines a whole new approach to eating with 24/7 support from me and other like minded people who have had it with dieting and are ready for a total overhaul from their normal eating approaches.

For four weeks you will focus on treating your ENTIRE being with respect.

It’s easy to treat your outer being with respect. You shower. You do you hair. You put on your favorite clothing. You wouldn’t dare go out for the day in your pajamas without brushing your teeth, would you?

Well, now it’s time to bring that care INWARD. And when I say inward, I literally mean inside your body. When was the last time you thought about being good to your body cells? Your internal organs? Your blood?

When was the last time you took the time to be good to your complete being, both inside and out?

This program is designed for busy people who need to make healthy eating a seamless transition into their already very full lives. Work, family, socializing, tending house…you do it all and really don’t have the time (or energy) for a complicated, all encompassing eating overhaul.

Each week you will receive specific and manageable instructions. You will be given meal plans, recipes and shopping lists. You will be instructed how to prepare in advance so you can have good food readily available to you. No guesswork. You will be guided every step of the way.

Healthy Eating Done Right offers the support, excitement, and encouragement of other people going through the program with you. You will feed off of each other’s energy in our private facebook group. (And if you are more of a private person, no pressure at all to post – you can just soak it all in!) Plus you will receive four weekly live coaching calls and daily emails designed to motivate you along the way.  Can’t make the live calls?  No worries – we send you the recording right after!

Healthy Eating Done Right, week by week:

Week 1: Week 1 you will begin to learn and understand your new mindset around food. You will adopt a fresh morning routine, and will receive a breakfast meal plan for the week, shopping list included.  We will discuss the role that coffee plays in your morning (don’t worry – I’m not taking it away!) and you will learn the protocol for snacking in between breakfast and lunch, snack ideas included.  

Week 2: Week 2 you will continue with your new breakfast routine and will add on your lunch routine.   You will receive a lunch meal plan for the week, shopping list included.  We will discuss afternoon snack protocol, snack ideas included.  We will go over how to handle lunch and snacks whether you eat at home, in an office, or out in restaurants.  

Week 3: Week 3 three you will continue with your breakfast and lunch routine and will add on your dinner and after dinner routine to your regimen. You will receive a dinner meal plan for the week, shopping list included.  You will be instructed how to handle after dinner cravings and snacking. You will learn strategies for portion control & what you can do to manage your sweet (or salty!) tooth.

Week 4: In week four you will master all of the tricks and tips you will need for the long haul, including how to eat on the go, at special events, and when traveling. You will determine the best course of action when it comes to alcohol consumption, and will be instructed on how to prevent a ‘bad day’ from turning into a bad week or even month!  Most importantly, you will complete the program with a solid game plan on how to truly stay on track with your new way of eating and living.

Questions you might be asking yourself right now…

Q: I work full time and have young children at home. Will I have time to complete everything?

A: Yes! I am a busy, working mom myself, and I can totally relate to all of the juggling that ALREADY goes on in our lives. But this program is completely doable. You are not going to have to make a complete 180 when it comes to your eating habits. You are going to make small changes each week, and by the end of the four weeks you will have completely mastered what you need to know. You will, however, have to commit to an hour or so of prep time one day per week, preferably on the weekend.

Q: Can I do this with my significant other and/or children?

A: Absolutely! In fact, I encourage you to. The more you get your loved ones involved, the more likely your new habits will stay with you long after the 4 weeks are over. If you have children, let them know the importance of what you are doing and encourage them to take the journey with you!

Q: I’m a man. Can I join?

A: Yes! We take anyone who is committed to changing their current patterns of eating.

Q: When does the program start and how does it work?

A: The program begins on May 4th. A few days before, you will receive a link to access the first call, along with a booklet containing your instructions, recipes, and shopping list for the week. The same procedure will be followed on May 11, May 18, and May 25.  

Q: What if I can’t make one or more of the calls?

A:  No worries!  You will receive a link to the taped call each week to listen at your leisure.

Q: What if I have specific questions related to my individual diet needs?

A: You have 2 options. You can either post your question on the private facebook page, and I will answer it within 24 hours, or you can email me personally at if it is a private matter. The reason why I encourage you to post it on the facebook page is so that other people who might have the same issue could benefit as well. However, I totally understand if you prefer to keep it private.

Q: What if I don’t want to post in the private facebook group?

A: No worries! Only post if it is fun for you to share what you are eating or how you are feeling. Some people post multiple times a day, and some people never post but prefer to just view others’ posts. Whatever works for you is perfect.

Q: How much weight will I lose?

A: It is so hard to give you a definitive number as everyone is different. Everyone’s starting weight is different. Their metabolisms are different. Their eating habits prior to the program are different. So everyone will have their own individual responses to the program.

I want to reiterate that this program is about changing your relationship with food.  By doing so, a natural by-product is weight loss. Remember, this is a lifestyle that you will have mastered by the time the 4 weeks are up, and the pounds will continue to melt off way beyond the 4 weeks are over, as long as you are committed to your new lifestyle.

This is NOT a drop weight fast program because they NEVER WORK for the long haul.  In reality, the slower the weight comes off, the more likely it will stay off forever.  Keeping this in the forefront of your mind will you give you the freedom to really integrate and master your new eating habits without any pressure to lose a certain amount of weight in a given time.  You have the rest of your life to get there, and you WILL get there if you are committed to the program and embrace your new way of eating and living.
